Practice Focus & Background:

Trevor currently maintains a general practice with a particular emphasis on business law and corporate and commercial transactions. Trevor advises small and large corporate clients on various corporate and commercial matters including corporate structuring and governance, legal due diligence, agreements for purchase, the sale of businesses, shareholder agreements, regulatory compliance and commercial negotiation. Trevor has experience working with private and publicly-traded companies as well as government entities.   

The other primary area of Trevor’s practice is in the area of employment law.  Trevor advises employers and employees in relation to dismissal cases and workplace conflict, employment contracts and issues related to confidentiality, conflicts of interest and workplace privacy.

Trevor also practices in the firm’s full-service real estate team, focusing primarily on the purchase and sale of residential real estate and commercial leasing.
