Raised in Swift Current, Sasktchewan, Randy joined Olive Waller Zinkhan & Waller LLP in 1985 and became a partner in 1991. Randy practices primarily in the areas of Real Estate, Wills, Estates & Trusts, Debtor/Creditor & Insolvency Law and Litigation.

Presentations

Randy has been a sessional lecturer for the Faculty of Administration, University of Regina, and he has lectured for the Public Legal Education Association, at several Canadian Bar Association Mid-Winter Meetings and at numerous continuing legal education seminars. Courses include Estate Administration Law for Credit Unions, the Bar Admission Course - Real Estate and Commercial Lending Law for Credit Unions. Randy was recognized as an Outstanding Volunteer of the Year 2002 by Saskatchewan Continuing Legal Education Society Inc..
