Practice Focus and Background:
Perry has extensive experience in business law advising developers, small businesses and financial institutions on acquisitions, business structure, financing, and employment issues.  He is an experienced board member, having served as a director and President of the Board of Saskatchewan’s largest credit union, as well as a provincial Crown corporation.

Perry maintains an active litigation practice primarily in corporate litigation and employment matters.  He has successfully appeared in all levels of court in Saskatchewan, including the Court of Appeal, Queen’s Bench Court and Provincial Court. 

Perry’s extensive knowledge of executive government, acquired primarily during his tenure as Clerk of the Executive Council of Saskatchewan and Registrar of Regulations, is part of his specialized skill set that has allowed him to assist and advise clients with specific issues related to legislation, regulations and policy development in the provincial context.  He also serves as legal counsel to the Saskatchewan Conference of the United Church of Canada.
