Bob is a founding partner of Olive Waller Zinkhan & Waller LLP, formed in 1977. He was born and raised in Regina, and attended the University of Saskatchewan where he graduated from the College of Law in 1975. Bob was admitted to the Law Society of Saskatchewan in 1976.

Bob is a member of the Canadian and Regina Bar Associations. He is past President and Director of the Regina Bar Association and has lectured for many years at the Bar Admission Course.

Bob is a founding member and past President of the Breakfast Club of Regina and has served as a director of many other community and recreational organizations. He currently sits on the board of directors of PrintWest. Bob is a certified soccer coach and has participated in several provincial and national championships in curling, soccer and touch football.

Bob works with the firm's credit union, debtor/creditor, labour/employment and corporate/commercial teams. Over the last 20 years, he has worked extensively with credit unions and private businesses providing corporate and human resource consulting.

Bob has conducted seminars and workshops on various topics including Human Resources Management Practices, Interest and Lending Documentation and loan enforcement. He currently co-authors the Lending Security Guide for Saskatchewan credit unions.
